TableRound
TableRound

For hosts

Host a night the whole room stays for.

Write questions that get the table talking, run the round from one console, and keep every score. The audience joins free on their phones.

For the room

They join with the code on your screen.

A code is enough to get them in. Their phone is the buzzer. Your display carries the question, the reveal and the ranks.

Or scan the QR on the shared display.

One night, two ways in

Solo or tables — you set the format.

Solo

Each player answers and ranks on their own. Options can shuffle per phone, so the next table can't copy the screen.

Teams

Talk it out. Lock it in. The table suggests in private. The captain locks the answer you score.

How a night runs

From the first question to a score you can keep.

  1. 01

    Write the round

Build choice, multi-select, short-answer and number questions. Set the timer and the points, then reopen the same quiz next week.

  2. 02

    Open the room

Share a short code and a QR. The audience joins free, solo or as a table, and you see who’s in before the first question.

  3. 03

    Keep the score

Close the question, reveal the answer, and push the leaderboard. When the night ends, the tally is already saved.

Live quiz nights

What Tableround is

Tableround is live quiz software for the person running the night. You write the content, open a lobby, and put the questions and the leaderboard on a shared display. The audience answers on their phones, on their own or as a table, while you control the pace.

Scoring stays with the round. Close a question, reveal the answer, and the ranks update in the room. When you wrap up, the results are already saved and ready for the next time you host. Joining stays free for everyone in the room. Hosting starts free while the audience is still small.

Content for the room

What keeps the audience in the round

  • In before the first question

A code or a QR drops them in the lobby, straight from the welcome to the first prompt.

  • A reason to talk

Mix choice, multi-select, short answers and numbers so the table has something to argue. Teams suggest in private before the captain locks it in.

  • The screen does the show

Phones stay in their hands for the answer. The shared display carries the prompt, the reveal and the ranks the whole room can see.

  • A fair fight

Options can shuffle on each phone, so copying the neighbour doesn’t win the point. The leaderboard moves when you say it does.

For the host

What keeps you in the night

  • Author once, host again

Build the quiz in the portal, bring a question bank in from a spreadsheet when you need speed, and reopen the same round next time.

  • Pace from one console

Open the lobby, close the question, reveal the answer and push the leaderboard from the host view. The maths happens as the room plays.

  • Scores you can look back on

Every round’s tally stays with the session — who played, who won, and how the ranks landed — ready the next time you host.

  • A room you can actually run

You stay with the audience: the joke, the reveal, the cheer. Phones collect the answers. The display holds the drama.
